“Horrible. Bus broke halfway which is normal but their attempt to fix it took 4 hours resulting all the passengers sitting miserable at the side of the motorway. Basically just worned everyone out for the day, and no options to even leave the trip were available. the repair man took 2 hours to arrive and was slow. the company just sucks as well their preparation to quite normal events. I'm going to avoid it for the rest of my life. ”

“2 drivers and a supervr? Dont think any spoke English. Bus ticket said we may have to change buses on journey, but we didn't expect the first change to be in Zagreb due to slipped clutch. Toilet at first rest stop in Bosnia had no paper or soap. A bit yuk. Long journey in challenging terrain which drivers handled. We got to Sarajevo 50 mins late which really wasn't too bad. No wifi which we had for first 15 mins on bus 1. ”

“Hello. First, the bus at 17:00 o‘clock wasn’t there! Nobody could help us on the Busterminal. So we phoned the bus company. After 3 phonecalls we were told to call another number. When we called this new number the person hang up after we explaint our problem. It was annoying to wait without information and nobody helped us!!!!! On the bus it was clean, but no Aircondition! The staff on the bus was OK, but the people on the phone (helpline) not! We don’t understand why nobody give us the information that the bus isn’t driving at 17:00 o‘clock!!! Not to Recomend! I‘m verry angry! ”
