“the staff was very rude and didn't understand english when I spoke to him about putting my luggage in the bus and he was so irate to just get rid of us.”
“The staff was extremely rude. Very unhelpful and yelled at me. Also, they locked the toilets so no one could use the toilets for 4 hours!! I had to pee in a bag!!! Deplorable!! Never again will I book with Croatia Bus.”
