“The bus was 40 mins late leaving Split. The drivers were rude and aggressive to us as elderly foreign tourists. Unsafe driving practices and generally unprofessional and casual approach to their very responsible job. Appalling.”

“Seat not comfortable. Bus did leave on time. But border crossings are a joke. First time we have seen rubbish bins on a bus - good. Loved the 20 min rest stop - very nice.”

“The information about the bus/journey was fraudulent: it did not have a functioning WC, wi-fi, chairs (some did not recline, some did only recline) or air-condition. We were informed that the journey could take longer than the advised 2 hours due to the border crossing but I did not think that meant more than double the time and with an additional 2,5 hour delay of the bus even leaving and the extra time at the border that meant we arrived in Kotor at 17:30 as opposed to 13h. Travelling with a child and with little supplies (since there were supposed to be a "bar" and only take 2 hours) it became a really terrible journey.”
