“Bus was clearly in the process of breaking down. They stopped once for 20 min with no explanation. We eventually started again. Stopped 10 min later. Barely had any explanation. Eventually was put on another passing bus. Not sure why we couldn't get more updates. Not sure why we had to keep trying when the bus was clearly fucked. Not sure why we coudln't get some compensation for being forever late. Yep, kinda bad.”

“Many stops and diversions. The bus was late and I felt the driver speeder up on last most dangerous part of journey. Flixbus was much better and more kind”

“Staff was absolutely unprofessional and rude. We arrived with our tickets on mobile (with scannable QR codes) and the man taking our tickets refused to accept them, telling us we had to print them or he would leave us behind. Then he began COUNTING DOWN the minutes we had left before he would abandon us. We asked where we could find a print shop and he said he didn't know and didn't care. So we had to sprint around the city centre in a panic, trying to find anywhere that would allow us to print the tickets. We finally did, paying extra for the printing, then ran back to the bus and all he did was glance at them before begrudgingly letting us on! Tell me how this process was any different or better than reading the completely valid tickets off of our phones. Tell me how it was our fault for not anticipating that he wouldn't bring a mobile scanner to work that day, or for not knowing that we would need to print when the website gave us absolutely no indication that this was necessary. Made a simple trip extremely stressful, and I will try to avoid taking Vollo transportation at all costs in the future because of this.”
