“Bus was an hour late even though we left on time, no traffic, and easy border control. My hotel said they are always late. Bus staff was unfriendly. I had my shoes off and was told it was against rules but the worker next to me had his feet all over seats and hanging out the front. The ride was very bumpy and wifi was intermitting working. ”

“The controller was very unpleasant and poorly polit! he even mocked a passenger who asked him a question because he did not understand what he was saying. It's a shame that an employee can behave like this with customers in a normal situation.”
