“The bus driver was horrible. When I arrived to check in my luggage he said it was some Kune’s to check it in. Since I traveled with a few different bus companies that didn’t charge extra for luggage, I asked him kindly if I could check my ticket to see if there were additional costs for luggage. I had another bag and my phone to check the ticket in my hands but the bus driver got mad instantly, tried to shove my big backpack in my hands. I asked him if he could put the bag on the floor please, because my hands were full and I obviously couldn’t hold a large backpack with that. He through the bag a few metres away on the floor. And after that he shouted: no Kune’s, no bag. Then he picked up the backpack and through it in the bus. I never even said that I wouldn’t pay, I just wanted to check if it wasn’t paid for already to avoid double costs. He was very rude and some stuff in my bag broke. I was just flabbergasted that someone can do that to someone else’s stuff. ”

“2 drivers and a supervr? Dont think any spoke English. Bus ticket said we may have to change buses on journey, but we didn't expect the first change to be in Zagreb due to slipped clutch. Toilet at first rest stop in Bosnia had no paper or soap. A bit yuk. Long journey in challenging terrain which drivers handled. We got to Sarajevo 50 mins late which really wasn't too bad. No wifi which we had for first 15 mins on bus 1. ”

“You Advertised charging points, wifi, toilet and air con. There were No charging points. wifi didnt work.driver locked the toilet and would not give the key. And most of all, most of all. the air con was not working. It was digustingly hot for 4 hours. Disgraceful. I will be writing a poor google/ twitter review of this experience. I will not book with you again.”
