“Vollo ticket reference numbers: 16568-10814-1432 and 16567-10814 -14332. I arrive back from the Balkans yesterday and have to advise of the following situation: My tickets show departure time from Kotor to Shkoder as 9:10. When I arrived at the station they said that the time of departure had been changed to 10:40 for some time. I was concerned for two reasons, that while the departure time had been change for weeks, you as my booking agent had not advised me of the change and to make matters worse, the Bus Station charded me two Euros for each ticket to make the change. I was our of pocke by four Euros and put up with the unnecessary aggravation of having arrived at the station an hour and half before time and pay for the change of which I had no idea. I look forward to your forwarding me the four Euros I had to pay and I hope in future you will advise you clients if there is any change in the departure times. Thank you. Surinder.”

“Autobus stao 3 puta.Mi smo trebali samo 1-puta stati.Produžen je put za 1 sat i vozili su nas kao krumpire.Autobus star i neki dijelovi potrgani.Koša za smeće bio samo kod vozača??Na autobusnoj stanici u ST nije bilo table kuda ide autobus u koji smo ušli već su nam samo usmeno rekli(kontrolor na autobusnoj stanci u ST) da je to taj autobus za ZG mada ih je od Croatia busa bilo 3 na autobusnoj stanici ST samo jedan sa oznakom kuda vozi i od kuda vozi??”
