“-The departure was ~20-30 late -We weren’t told in which station/isle (i.e. peron) the bus will come (it didn’t write anywhere) (we had to find that out last minute and it turned out it was wrong (the bus came on peron 2 and not 3 as we were told)) -We had to switch buses in the middle of the trip (i.e. after ~20 minutes) and there was barely enough space for everyone in the bus in which we had to switch in (friends and partners (and I suppose even families) all of a sudden had to sit separately -We were 50 minutes late and therefore we missed our ferry -No air conditioning (it was unbearably hot), i.e. in the beginning the air conditioning was really low (so it was still hot), and the last 20 minutes the air conditioning was turned off -My bag was mishandled, i.e. it came out of the bus trunk covered in black dirt All in all, a very unpleasant experience, especially because we weren’t warned about any of this before the trip (for example, we weren’t told we will have to switch buses (we went from Zadar to Split)) Unfortunatey, because of all this, we will probably never use this agency ever again.”

“Interesting the bus driver can stop for cigarettes along the way and talk on the phone while being responsible for a bus full of people. Wifi would be useful on the bus. Also some instructions in English at the stops. ”

“You Advertised charging points, wifi, toilet and air con. There were No charging points. wifi didnt work.driver locked the toilet and would not give the key. And most of all, most of all. the air con was not working. It was digustingly hot for 4 hours. Disgraceful. I will be writing a poor google/ twitter review of this experience. I will not book with you again.”
