“Sometimes staff could be friendlier, but as long as they are professional, no issues from my side. Many drivers and controllers were kind of robots, and others had no idea of how to deal with internet purchased tickets. Nevertheless, it was fine.”

“Very unfriendly staff. The driver and his colleague were yelling at passengers during the trip especially during customs. We travelled a lot, crossed a lot of boarders and it never went this way ! ”
“Long delay in Split, no information from clerks in the office. Strange route of the bus, took a detour from the highway to let someone off at a toll statsion.”
