“the bus was an hour late to arrive in Dubrovnik. One of the bus drivers was very rude and angry at all the passengers and yelled throughout the trip. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. ”

“The bus was delayed over 2 hours and the station didn't announce this until 30 mins after the bus was meant to leave. The staff were not rude but they were not nice either. The person who checked our tickets on the bus didn't even speak to just took the ticket. ”

“The trip was fine, safe and the bus arrived 10 minutes later than scheduled. The main reason that i rated 1 is because at 03:30 in the morning when i get in the bus the driver ask the ticket to be printed... Where i could do that at 03:30 in the morning? Is this not 21 century? ”

“3 out of 4 busses were delayed. One didn’t even show up and we had a 14 h train to catch with bed reservation. Vollo didn’t even show the right time on the busses, so it’s the most crappy app I have ever used. Thanks for making traveling a hell ”
