“Vollo website gave a ticket from Plitvice to Mostar to us, so I thought we could travel without transfer, but it turned out we had to change a bus on the way to Mostar. A driver of the bus from Plitvice kindly arranged a bus to Mostar. We changed a bus at a gas station on a highway. ”

“The trip was a disaster. According to schedule, We were to arrive in Budva at 12:30. However, We arrived at 4 pm! The bus was hot, and the driver drove uncomfortably (for instanse stopping abruptly, honking the horn constantly, and suddenly stopping for gas). The handling by staff in Dubrovnik was not very welcoming. Chaos at bus stadion in Dubrovnik with several more passangers than the bus at 10 am was meant for, so We had to drive the extra bus that left 30 minutes late. No information was given underway and the driver did not speak any English. Delay at the border is not your fault but it added to the entire sad journey. On top of everything, the driver was not very nice, especially when he yelled at young girl at start while loading the luggage, or other passangers who wanted to step out of the bus while he was felling gas (the temperature inside was excrutiating at this time since he had to turn off the engine). This was by far the worst busride my family and I have ever taken, and we will not do it again or recommend it to others.”

“Bus was supposed to come at 11:15am. Did not arrive until 1pm. Extremely unhappy. The fans on the bus did not work it was very hot. The trip was supposed to take 4 hours and it took over 5.”
