“Driver on phone while driving many times and overall cleanliness of bus not up to standard, driving was good and journey pleasant ”

“No wc, no air condition and no service what so ever! The bus trip where supposed to be 3h and it took nearly 6h! Without wc on the bus in the heat of no ac, you had to drink water and the bus driver would not stop anywhere for a brake. At the passportcontrol everyone looked for a toilet an there was a big line and the busdriver did not check to see if all passengers where back on the bus, one guy was nearly left there! We can not understand the pressure you put on your drivers because no one can make that trip i 3h, it is impossible! Why don’t you write the acctual traveltime? We also wonder why you don’t have a better cooperation with the bus station? We had our tickets emailed to us, but cince we are travelling we did not bring our printer so not able to print the tickets. We went to the bus station in good time, thinking they would print our payed ticket using our Booking reference, but no. Totaly impossiple! Altough we payed 40€ to you for our tickets we had to buy new tickets AGAINE! So in total 80€ for a terrible trip! And why the hell do you need papertickets anyway!? It’s 2018 and no one even looked at the tickets after we got on the bus. You should refund us for this ticket!”

“Thé weather was too hot in the bus, and the staff was not really nice... the staff guy told us not to sit on the places where he put his jacket... so we were obligated to sit separated while these two seats were available! We left 20 minutes early so we almost missed the bus. ”
