“Vollo ticket reference numbers: 16568-10814-1432 and 16567-10814 -14332. I arrive back from the Balkans yesterday and have to advise of the following situation: My tickets show departure time from Kotor to Shkoder as 9:10. When I arrived at the station they said that the time of departure had been changed to 10:40 for some time. I was concerned for two reasons, that while the departure time had been change for weeks, you as my booking agent had not advised me of the change and to make matters worse, the Bus Station charded me two Euros for each ticket to make the change. I was our of pocke by four Euros and put up with the unnecessary aggravation of having arrived at the station an hour and half before time and pay for the change of which I had no idea. I look forward to your forwarding me the four Euros I had to pay and I hope in future you will advise you clients if there is any change in the departure times. Thank you. Surinder.”

“The worst bus ride we have ever experienced. We have traveled all through Asia including India and the Balkans and this is the worst. The young bus driver was rude and yelled at people, he seemed arrogant towards everyone. The bus left 1.5 hours late and we arrived 2.5 hours late to our destination.”
“We had to travel sitting on the floor of the bys because they had sold more tickets than seats.”
