“Bus was extremely late, and did not have the amenities advertised (Power, AC, etc). We made no stops for bathroom or food and what was advertised as a two hour trip took five. Bus driver seemed like a competent guy working for morons.”

“The bus trip was so bad that I want a complete refund. The agency is a total mess in terms of everything. We arrived 3 hours late because they were stopping at each place to take more passengers and the A/C was not working at one of the hottest days of the year. They should be banned from driving in the future.”

“Everything went as smoothly as I’m sure it could possibly be but I just wanted to say it’s a little hard figuring out what bus you need to be on. The bus employees don’t give much direction so you just have to ask around and figure out what to do yourself. Besides that, the busses on the Croatia bus line were surprisingly clean and well managed and the majority of the employees were nice and cordial.”
