“Drivers were rude to passengers - abrupt and if u didn’t understand cristian they just spoke in a more angry tone . Many over head lockers didn’t work so small things had to be carried on our laps - we checked our suit cases in and paid extra. Driver smoked with window down so when he did this the air conditioning was not effective . Driver was not a smooth driver. An alarm/ warning noise went off while driving pulled over and it eventually stopped - no explanations to passengers . ”

“Very nice journey. where calm and friendly driver. but there was no available toilet in the bus. the journey was about 3.30 hours. but we've made one stop.”

“Vozač je bio totalna katastrofa. Neuljudan prema putnicima, stalno na mobitelu u dogovaranju gdje će putnici presjedati. U trenutku presjedanja se derao na putnike da ne smiju na wc jer bus koji nas kupi neće nas čekati. Nigdje prilikom bukiranja karte nije stajalo da presjedanje postoji na ruti. Prtljagu je naplatio 3 kune više po koferu, ali to smo saznali tek od vozača na povratnom putovanju.Totalna katastrofa.”
