“nisam zadovoljna jer smo umjesto direktne linije Zadar - Dubrovnik nenajavljeno morali napustiti autobus u Splitu i čekati drugi autobus za Dubrovnik. Osoblje vollo je srdačno i brzo reagira na sve upite i probleme. Na tome smo zahvalni.”

“1. I emailed about not having a printer and the ticket have a mobile version but the bus company doesn’t allow that and needs a printed version. So I scrambled to find a place to print. 2. Waiting for the 11:30am bus and nothing comes - I ask the bust station around 11:45am and am told it broke down and had to wait for the 12:30pm 3. No A/C on the bus - It was extremely hot and uncomfortable for everyone. 4. The WiFi worked for about 5 mins and that was it. 5. Has to pay 10kuna for just a small rolling suitcase. First time I have had to do that!! This was one of the worse biz rides I’ve ever experienced. I will never book Croatia bus again ”
