“The driver didn't understand english, french, italian, spanish or portuguese, so it was very dificult to comunicate. The journey started almost 30 minutes later, because the driver was writing hand tickets for everyone and he was just saying: "change bus". We had to change bus some minutes after the journey start without knowing why... The arrival was also late!”

“Bus was great however toilet had no light or toilet paper and did not flush . Staff were also rude again .”
