“1. I emailed about not having a printer and the ticket have a mobile version but the bus company doesn’t allow that and needs a printed version. So I scrambled to find a place to print. 2. Waiting for the 11:30am bus and nothing comes - I ask the bust station around 11:45am and am told it broke down and had to wait for the 12:30pm 3. No A/C on the bus - It was extremely hot and uncomfortable for everyone. 4. The WiFi worked for about 5 mins and that was it. 5. Has to pay 10kuna for just a small rolling suitcase. First time I have had to do that!! This was one of the worse biz rides I’ve ever experienced. I will never book Croatia bus again ”

“Rude and 3 hours delayed on a 2:20 hour journey. How’s that even possible? ”
“The buss showed up over an hour late with no communication what so ever before hand. We were seconds away from buying alternative buss tickets. Then the driver offers no explanation, ignores us when we express our dissatisfaction and just asks for the 8k luggage charge repeatedly! ”
