“The bus was late to the platform (by 45 minutes) and when it arrived with no one on it, it took another 30 minutes to leave. When we finally left, after 15 minutes the driver pulled over and we had to wait for 20 minutes for the drivers to change. About every 30 min along the journey we stopped for a smoke-break or any other random reason. The bus ended up arriving 2.5 hours late. Journey was extremely unpleasant and would definitely recommend using a different company.”

“Our bus arrived over an hour late, and although this was partially due to traffic, it should have been allowed for in the scheduling - traffic in split is always busy at that time and therefore I feel this is unacceptable. ”
“Iako je prilikom rezervacije/kupovine vozne karte pisalo da je riječ o direktnoj liniji s polaskom iz Zadra u 13 sati i dolaskom u Imotski u 16:30 ispalo je da je bilo potrebno presjedati u drugi bus u Splitu, a onda ponovno u Zagvozdu. Sve naravno uz ogromna kašnjenja pa je tako autobus iz Splita krenuo tek u 16:35, dakle u vrijeme kad je već trebao biti u Imotskom. Croatia Bus d.o.o. je sramota od prijevoznika.”
