“Nothing to write, the bus was cancelled. I request your company proceed the refund to me ASAP. No telling me to contact bus company to get refund, as I bought it directly from your agent (company website).”

“ Over the summer me and my friends rode croatia bus from dubrovnik to split. The experience was extremely unpleasant. After not having the print outs of our tickets the bus driver was rude and told us to go get them printed but that we were mostly out of luck because the bus was leaving soon. Then the lady at the bus station told us we could not print the tickets and would have to buy new ones. So we had to pay for 5 more tickets. Then when I came back to give them to the driver he was extremely aggressive and sized me up then shoved me so he could get off the bus to talk to the bus station lady and he yelled at us for buying more tickets and said that we actually could have just printed the tickets in split. I would not recommend this bus line. ”
