“The driver didn't understand english, french, italian, spanish or portuguese, so it was very dificult to comunicate. The journey started almost 30 minutes later, because the driver was writing hand tickets for everyone and he was just saying: "change bus". We had to change bus some minutes after the journey start without knowing why... The arrival was also late!”

“We arrived to the bus station to be told that our bus was cancelled and that we would need to come back an hour and 15 minutes later. In addition to that the bus didn't depart on time (15 minutes late and no update given). As it was a later departure in the day, the journey took an additional 2 hours that specifed. The coach was grimy and also smelt, I would not be recommending this bus service to anyone. Flix vehicles are far superior. ”
