“The bus was due at 9.20 but was late, no one at the station could give us an update, we waited almost an hour before it finally turned up, there was no email correspondence or apology for the driver. ”
“There was no information at Dubrovnik bus station. Staff were unhelpful then stated bus was always Kate due to crossing 2 borders. Then when another bus company turned up in the gate at least 8 people approached the driver. He couldn’t speak English and had no idea- so charged everyone 20 kuna for luggage and we all got in that bus at 1015. We gave no idea I’d the Croatia bus turned up. Terrible service ”
