“Bus was an hour late even though we left on time, no traffic, and easy border control. My hotel said they are always late. Bus staff was unfriendly. I had my shoes off and was told it was against rules but the worker next to me had his feet all over seats and hanging out the front. The ride was very bumpy and wifi was intermitting working. ”

“We arrived to the bus station to be told that our bus was cancelled and that we would need to come back an hour and 15 minutes later. In addition to that the bus didn't depart on time (15 minutes late and no update given). As it was a later departure in the day, the journey took an additional 2 hours that specifed. The coach was grimy and also smelt, I would not be recommending this bus service to anyone. Flix vehicles are far superior. ”
