“It's like it was the staff's first time on a bus. They don't really recognise tickets from this site, it seemed like it was the first time he'd seen it but still accepted it. Not the best instructions on the bus, helpful locals translated instructions when we needed to change bus etc”

“Ride arrived one hour after planned time to the destination point. It didn't start at planned time. Also, on half of a way the bus stopped for more than half an hour. Everything of that happened without any explanation and excuse by the driver. When we arrived in Zagreb driver went through the red light on one of the crossways near the destination point. He also missed crossway on which he should go left and he had to turn back around to get there. After we arrived I spoke to the driver about everything what happened and he told me that he is a new driver and walk away from me without any apology. ”
