“The bus was late by over an hour. Passengers were unable to sit in the seats they had booked which led to serious arguments amongst passengers. There was no food or toilet break even though the journey took around 7 hours (counting time taken for passport checks). There was an unexpected bus change at Mostar. No announcements were made at all, ie about the bus change, about no chance for food or toilet breaks, about ETA etc.”

“Buses are sh*t and very slow. It took them 6 hours Zagreb-Split. This last time I'll be using Croatia Bus!! ps: Plus for the staff, they are cool”
