“Sometimes staff could be friendlier, but as long as they are professional, no issues from my side. Many drivers and controllers were kind of robots, and others had no idea of how to deal with internet purchased tickets. Nevertheless, it was fine.”

“Had to stand in bus because they let too many people in. That would be ok if i didn't reserved my seat a month ago and if there is anything to hold onto while standing. Two of the drivers were very rude and didn't act apologetic to anyone.”
