“Hi! Thank you for providing an opportunity to review our experience travelling with Croatia Bus from Zagreb to Sarajevo at 12.30pm on Saturday 27 May. The quality and physical comfort of the seats were good and the driving was good... however we had a big issue with the fact that the toilets were locked and not available for use by passengers for an 8 HOUR TRANSFER. We were told the toilet was broken, and find that this was totally UNACCEPTABLE for an 8 Hour Transfer and believe the bus should not have been used if the toilet was broken. The driver and co driver were rude when asked about the toilet and appeared to have no interest in our concern or comfort. ”

“The trip was ok but the driver was trying to overtake where he probably shouldn't have been, like around blind corners. The bus was 10 minutes late leaving and about 1 hour late arriving. Perhaps the bus company does not allow sufficient time in the scheduling which is encouraging some unsafe driving. ”

“There was NO journey because the driver didn't let me in cause I had the ticket on my cell downloaded - where s written that it should be printed?! They usually scan the QR code. Where can I print the ticket on Sathurday evening or Sunday morning?! So not cool...”

“Firstly, we got onto the bus with the printed tickets all ready - (which said seat reservations included) and the lady argued with us saying that the bus was fully booked up. We had to really insist that we had booked through vollo rather than through the bus station. There systems clearly don't link. She didn't have a scanner to scan the code so the code was really not helpful on our tickets.. So the biggest thing that pissed me and my boyfriend off was that the journey said it would be an hour and a half. It ended up being 3 hours long. We had told our airbnb host in Kotor what time our bus was getting in, so she ended up waiting for all that time for us. Also, the driver kept shouting at people, so that wasn't great. Pros: good air conditioning. clean and comfortable. ”
