“The trip was good overall. Two negative points were that there wasn't much leg room even though my husband and I are not tall people and the air conditioning on the bus was not working well. It was a hot day and we found it really warm and uncomfortable.”

“Windows were so dirty it was a waste of time trying to take pictures of the beautiful scenery. Lost an hour+ at 1st Croatia border due to 3 men taken by Border Control. These things happen but it was frustrating. Why do the drivers write out another ticket for on-line Vollo. Doesn't make sense as there is a page they take.”

“We had a horrible experience on this bus. The toilet was locked the entire time because it was “broken” and it caused a real problem on the bus as a passenger was quite ill and needed to use the toilet. Kept being told we were ten minutes away when in reality we were about an hour away. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. We got to our destination safely but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. ”
