“The trip was fine, safe and the bus arrived 10 minutes later than scheduled. The main reason that i rated 1 is because at 03:30 in the morning when i get in the bus the driver ask the ticket to be printed... Where i could do that at 03:30 in the morning? Is this not 21 century? ”

“Driver sisnt help us when we asked if we are on the right bus and was really angry when people disnt understand the with baggagge (no one knew how to act, because driver didnt tell us...) also it would have been nice, if driver would have told us at least some time estimate when we are going to be in Kotor when he noticed that we are going to be late. Also in the border it would have helped (and be faster) if the driver would have told instruction. Bus was 3 hours late!”

“Was not impressed that I selected the option to arrive in Dubrovnik at 4:35pm and didn't arrive till 6:15pm. There was a lot of unnecessary waiting at stops picking up new passengers and a 30 minute break that was only supposed to be 5 minutes. Could have used a charging outlet for my phone in the end as I ended up being on the bus for 8 hours instead of the 6.5 hours I was expecting. ”
