“There were passengers from many countries on board and unfortunately staff did not explain anything to passengers including why passports were not returned after the first checkpoint. Staff didn't seem to realize that it did cause concern among international passengers even after they were approached for explanations. Some communication is needed.”

“It was supposed to be 1:50, but it took 4 hours! Not only the fault from douane, we were the first in line. The woman who took our cards was not at all friendly to the customers. She even screamed when they didn't print the tickets. We printed it, but we are in 2018, so please update this policy.”

“Rude staff. Arrived an hour after scheduled without explanation. Pay to store luggage and then have to crawl in there yourself to get it. Not enough direction on how to find the right bus and what company to look for as I believed I was looking for a Vollo bus..”
