“Bus was extremely late, and did not have the amenities advertised (Power, AC, etc). We made no stops for bathroom or food and what was advertised as a two hour trip took five. Bus driver seemed like a competent guy working for morons.”

“The journey lasted too long. We were stuck at the border for more than 3 hours, so we were delayed for about 4 hours. Bus seats are extremely uncomfortable and the drivers are very rude and arrogant”
“The driver didn't understand english, french, italian, spanish or portuguese, so it was very dificult to comunicate. The journey started almost 30 minutes later, because the driver was writing hand tickets for everyone and he was just saying: "change bus". We had to change bus some minutes after the journey start without knowing why... The arrival was also late!”
