“2 drivers and a supervr? Dont think any spoke English. Bus ticket said we may have to change buses on journey, but we didn't expect the first change to be in Zagreb due to slipped clutch. Toilet at first rest stop in Bosnia had no paper or soap. A bit yuk. Long journey in challenging terrain which drivers handled. We got to Sarajevo 50 mins late which really wasn't too bad. No wifi which we had for first 15 mins on bus 1. ”

“The bus was 1.5 hrs late and I was informed that they are always late. I was also told to pay 2 euro or 20 kuna for putting my luggage in the bus luggage compartment. The bus was filthy. The toilet locked. There was rubbish in the seats and the seats were worn. But most annoying of all is that we had to wait 1.5 hrs after the scheduled time with no info if the bus was arriving or not. I will not recommend this bus to anyone.”

“Disgraceful service. Booked tickets on line for 11.15am service from Split to Dubrovnik for Sat 25 Aug. Bus did not arrive and was told by information at the terminal that this service doesn’t exist and not sure why it is available on line. The next Croatia Bus service to Dubrovnik was due at 12.30. As at 1.10 pm that too hadn’t arrived so we managed to get on another bus company after having to pay for new tickets. Total rubbish company with nil communication from them. Steer clear - walking is a better option that relying on these incompetent people.”
