“2 drivers and a supervr? Dont think any spoke English. Bus ticket said we may have to change buses on journey, but we didn't expect the first change to be in Zagreb due to slipped clutch. Toilet at first rest stop in Bosnia had no paper or soap. A bit yuk. Long journey in challenging terrain which drivers handled. We got to Sarajevo 50 mins late which really wasn't too bad. No wifi which we had for first 15 mins on bus 1. ”

“Itenary said depart at 7 and arrive at 9.10. But first the bus spend 30 minutes making paper tickets to us who had not printed, arguing that it was necessary at the border, which it was not! After that the bus was just parked at the bus stop for 45 minutes. Making it depart at 8.15. Now the drive should take 2h10min, but they had miscalculated or simply just more on the itenary. Because just coming across the border took an hour. Meaning we arrived at 12:00!!!! Instead of 9.10 and this Missed our bus at 11.15, which we should have had plenty of time to catch! With they had overbooked such that people were sitting in the floor of the bus, the whole trip. The bus driver was super aggressive about the not printed tickets, which were irrelevant. All in all super negative experience! ”

“The Wifi on the bus did not work (only intermittently), the bus ride was very curvy and we arrive an hour later than scheduled. The staff took a 15 minute break at one point in time.”
