“Kasnili smo 30 minuta, a nije bilo nikakve gužve na cesti. Bus je bio dupkom pun, a ventilacija nije radila i zbog toga je bilo jako zagušljivo. Sve u svemu, osrednje. Nadam se da sve biti bolje povratno putovanje”

“I found the process easy to organise,I do feel that some form of refreshments could be offered,and possible toilet facilities on board some coaches on long journeys.staff on the coach were friendly but some people was getting upset about being charged to put bags in the baggage hold.this caused your staff to handle some disagreements.in my opinion you should do what airlines do and publice a pay structure at the time of booking.”
