“Izrazito bezobrazni, preskupi i opasni. Izdaju duple karte, tako da uredno s rezerviranom kartom ljudi moraju stajati. Meni se dogodilo da sam morala sjediti na sjedistu koje je mokro od klime, uz bahatost vozaca, koji se nije htio niti ispricati za neprilike. Također sam morala tri puta presjedati, bez da je to bilo naznaceno na krati. Daleko najgora kompanija na tržištu, više nikad s njima!”

“The bus was on time but got delay at the end of the trip because the two drivers made 25min breaks instead of 15min announced just before entering in Split city. When we ask after 15min to continue our trip, they were really nasty and impolite with us. We arrived 50min later in Split and this could have been easily avoided without this unnecessary break. The bus was noisy and drivers were really impolite with us. We will never use your company again. Furthermore we had to pay extra charge (10kn) for our handbag, it’s not a lot but in your description it was written that you usually don’t charge them. It was probably for the coffee break of the drivers. Extra cost for low bad cost company. Thank for nothing.”

“ Trip from Dubrovnik to Split. Bus was new in very good condition, left on time and journey was comfortable. In hot weather water was supplied on board free of charge. Due to walking with the aid of walking stick driver alicated a seat on bottom floor of bus. Only concer was that upon placing and paying for the booking online coy charged extra €1.70 more than € amount shown on online booking page. Despite various e-mails exchanged with the coy I couldn’t get an explanation for the extra charge & had to obtain the refund of same by placing a dispute claim through my bank, only then the overcharged amount was recredited to my card.”
