“Bus broke down, staff were no help to any passengers ”

“Ez volt a legszarabb utazásom. A busz minden volt csak nem kényelmes. Alapból késéssel érkezett és ahelyett hogy haladtak volna még húzták az időt. A késés ellenére 25 perces pihenőt is tartottunk mert miért ne valamint a 3 óra 15 perces útból csináltak 4 órásat annak ellenére hogy lehetett volna haladni. Vagy a busz volt nagyon szar állapotban vagy a sofőrök nem tudnak vezetni nem tudom nem is érdekel de emiatt 10 órát kellett várnunk a vasútállomáson Zágrábban mert lekéstünk minden létező járatot arra a napra. Úgyhogy a véleményem az hogy elmehetnek a picsába . This was my worst journey. The bus was just not comfortable. It was delayed with funds and instead of going to the time. Despite the delay, we also had a 25-minute break, and they did a 4-hour ride from the 3-hour 15-minute ride despite being able to move. Or the bus was in a very bad state or the drivers can not drive, I do not know, I do not care but that's why we had to wait 10 hours at the train station in Zagreb because we missed all the existing flights for that day. So my opinion is that they can go to hell.”

“You Advertised charging points, wifi, toilet and air con. There were No charging points. wifi didnt work.driver locked the toilet and would not give the key. And most of all, most of all. the air con was not working. It was digustingly hot for 4 hours. Disgraceful. I will be writing a poor google/ twitter review of this experience. I will not book with you again.”
