“Bus was on time and staff accommodating. Bus to Vienna was filthy, crums on seats, dirty trays and behind seats. Wifi works only from ZG to Slovenia. Bus from Vienna to ZG was much older bus with box TV. It was clean, but visibly very old. Wifi only worked from Vienna to Slovenia. ”

“On an earlier trip, I mistook the time for afternoon instead of morning and so missed the bus. Totally my fault but when I called the number on the ticket to see if I could apply any or all of the money I'd paid for that ticket to a new ticket, I was given a different number to call. I called that number and they gave me the first number. Called that number back and they hung up on me! Then they stopped answering the phone! It was only the in-person staff member at the bus station who finally stepped in to help that saved the situation for me (although, even she couldn't give me an answer to my question).”

“The bus was not at the station for departure time. Came 45 minutes late, arrival in Dubrovnik 1 hour and 45 minutes late, and it was not because of the border crossing”
