“The drivers didn't speak English at all and never announced the stops for WC nor did they give any information about delays or about WCs. Our delay was 2 hours mainly because of traffic and border passing.”

“The information about the bus/journey was fraudulent: it did not have a functioning WC, wi-fi, chairs (some did not recline, some did only recline) or air-condition. We were informed that the journey could take longer than the advised 2 hours due to the border crossing but I did not think that meant more than double the time and with an additional 2,5 hour delay of the bus even leaving and the extra time at the border that meant we arrived in Kotor at 17:30 as opposed to 13h. Travelling with a child and with little supplies (since there were supposed to be a "bar" and only take 2 hours) it became a really terrible journey.”
