“Overall the trip has been a poor experience. 1) the bus arrived at the final destination (Kotor) over 2 HOURS later than the expected arrival time, took 4 hours in total instead of 2hrs that is scheduled. 2) we bought the tickets online but the driver rejected our tickets as they said they only allow paper tickets. Whereas on the PDF tickets there was no mention whatsoever that paper tickets are required to be presented when boarding the bus. So in the end we have to buy on another tickets. ”

“The trip was ok but the driver was trying to overtake where he probably shouldn't have been, like around blind corners. The bus was 10 minutes late leaving and about 1 hour late arriving. Perhaps the bus company does not allow sufficient time in the scheduling which is encouraging some unsafe driving. ”

“the driver rejected me to get into the bus, because I didnt print out thr ticket, but I booked that ticket an hour before the bus leaving, ofcourse I cant print out, and its point less to print out all the time, if there is PDF ticket. And the staff ask me more than 1euro for the luggage fee which is unusual and unfair.”
