“Bus was an hour late even though we left on time, no traffic, and easy border control. My hotel said they are always late. Bus staff was unfriendly. I had my shoes off and was told it was against rules but the worker next to me had his feet all over seats and hanging out the front. The ride was very bumpy and wifi was intermitting working. ”

“The staff was extremely rude. Very unhelpful and yelled at me. Also, they locked the toilets so no one could use the toilets for 4 hours!! I had to pee in a bag!!! Deplorable!! Never again will I book with Croatia Bus.”

“Unhelpful staff and bus in really bad conditions. While making customs between Croatia and Bosnia, they took our passports and didn't return them for two hours. My seat was broken and when asking to the co-driver, he pretended not to speak English and avoided me ”
