“I found the process easy to organise,I do feel that some form of refreshments could be offered,and possible toilet facilities on board some coaches on long journeys.staff on the coach were friendly but some people was getting upset about being charged to put bags in the baggage hold.this caused your staff to handle some disagreements.in my opinion you should do what airlines do and publice a pay structure at the time of booking.”

“Thé weather was too hot in the bus, and the staff was not really nice... the staff guy told us not to sit on the places where he put his jacket... so we were obligated to sit separated while these two seats were available! We left 20 minutes early so we almost missed the bus. ”

“Iza Zagreba za Split bilo je sve uredu kako je i pisalo kod vas na stranici, internet, punjac za mobitel i odličan luksuz. Zamjerke jedino dajem na put iz Splita za Zagreb koji se desio u Petak s polaskom u 16:55 autobus nije imao. WiFi kao ni Punjace kako je bilo naglašeno na stranici. Sve u svemu ukupna ocjena firme Croatia Bus 4/5”
