“There were passengers from many countries on board and unfortunately staff did not explain anything to passengers including why passports were not returned after the first checkpoint. Staff didn't seem to realize that it did cause concern among international passengers even after they were approached for explanations. Some communication is needed.”

“Bus was cancelled and I was never notified. Even the people at the information desk at the bus station didn’t know it was cancelled. They kept telling me it wad just running late. Finally after an hour after I was suppose to leave, I talked to a bus driver who finally notified me the bus was cancelled. This was news to the information people at the bus stations. Lousy communication!”
