“The bus was 1.5 hrs late and I was informed that they are always late. I was also told to pay 2 euro or 20 kuna for putting my luggage in the bus luggage compartment. The bus was filthy. The toilet locked. There was rubbish in the seats and the seats were worn. But most annoying of all is that we had to wait 1.5 hrs after the scheduled time with no info if the bus was arriving or not. I will not recommend this bus to anyone.”

“Absolutely terrible journey. The bus was 1 hour 30 minutes late, it took 4 hours rather than the advertised 2.The bus driving threw our bags across the bus park because I misunderstood about the luggage and refused to let us enter, until the tourist information convinced him otherwise. Our luggage in the end was placed on a second bus which arrived even later than we did.Due to how late the bus was, I have requested to move the time of my journey back to Dubrovnik otherwise I will miss my flight back to the UK. Still had no response from Vollo via email but the Facebook response was that the date can be changed but not the time, which is ridiculous.If I don’t get my journey moved to an earlier bus or receive a refund of some sort, I will make it my life’s mission to damage the reputation of Vollo to all of my friends and followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, I have over 8000 followers due to my semi professional band, all of which from the UK and EU and lots of which who will be planning on visiting b”
