“Firstly, we got onto the bus with the printed tickets all ready - (which said seat reservations included) and the lady argued with us saying that the bus was fully booked up. We had to really insist that we had booked through vollo rather than through the bus station. There systems clearly don't link. She didn't have a scanner to scan the code so the code was really not helpful on our tickets.. So the biggest thing that pissed me and my boyfriend off was that the journey said it would be an hour and a half. It ended up being 3 hours long. We had told our airbnb host in Kotor what time our bus was getting in, so she ended up waiting for all that time for us. Also, the driver kept shouting at people, so that wasn't great. Pros: good air conditioning. clean and comfortable. ”

“Worst nightmare. We bought our tickets on line which said guaranteed seats when we got to the station there were people left over for the 10am bus which had guaranteed seats our bus was at 11am and was delayed by over a hour. I couldn't believe they were still selling tickets at the station for the 11am bus!! When the bus finally arrived it was crazy everyone pushing around to get on the bus they asked for the 10am people first we managed to get on but was so much hassle. You have to pay for cases extra and the bus staff didn't know what they were doing so unorganised. The trip should have taken under 3 hours we were on it for 7 hours we had to get off the bus twice at customs to get passports stamped and stuck in massive queues. When we got to Kotor we had to change bus and we sat in the station for at least 30 minutes before it left. The buses had no aircon and we managed to find a toilet at the customs stop. We had no food or drink. Make this the last resort of transport.”
