General Terms

These general terms of Internet bus tickets booking service determine the terms under which the provider of booking service VOLLO Tehnologije d.o.o. (hereinafter Vollo) will provide the service to its passenger (hereinafter the Buyer) on its websites www.vollo.net and www.vollo.hr. The service we provide through our websites is the identification, comparison and purchase of bus tickets. We do not offer or operate our own transportation or travel service. These Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to our services as an information source - searching, aggregating, discovering, connecting and booking. We explicitly refer to the terms and conditions of the respective booking site, suppliers or travel operator. We are currently in an early stage of developing our sites and service. This means that we continually change and improve the service and website.

The basic Vollo service

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use and provides you with knowledge, transparency, simplicity and control for trips. It is intended to enable the comparison between different travel options provided by the individual search results. You can research the travel options you want based on your own needs and travel schedule. Service aggregates and displays the results of your inquiry according to the travel time and cost without any absolute claim to completeness or accuracy. The list of the query results and its respective display or order does not endorse or even advertise for any travel option or a specific provider.

Registration and extended service

Registration as user on our website allows you to create a personalized profile and save your searches and your previous trips. Access to your personal profile is obtained by entering the self-chosen user name and password. Registration requires that you provide a valid email address so we can contact you. After registering on the website you will receive a confirmation email with a link. After activating this link the registration is complete.

Vollo booking policy

Online travel ticket purchase

On the websites www.vollo.net and www.vollo.hr the Buyer can buy a ticket online. It is considered that a contract of carriage is concluded after a successful payment transaction, after which the ticket and the invoice are submitted to the Buyer's email address.

Buyer’s obligation

The Buyer is obliged to print out the ticket and invoice and bring them along. By boarding, the Buyer is obliged to deliver the corresponding coupon of the ticket to the driver and is required to keep the invoice during the entire journey and produce it for inspection when asked.

Fees and mode of payment

Ticket prices are shown after search and while booking. Booking fee is set to 6 HRK per tickets cheaper than 100 HRK, and up to 6% of ticket value for tickets more expensive than 100 HRK. Max booking fee in set to 25 HRK per ticket. Unless specified, the following services are not included in the ticket price 1. Bus station fee is charged by some bus stations for entering the premises of the bus station. The fee is usually around 5-15 HRK
2. Luggage fee might be charged for luggage going to the hold of the bus. For domestic bus lines the fee is usually around 5-15 HRK for a regular suitcase. Hand luggage is usually free of charge.
We accept any currency, but please note that all currencies will be converted into Croatian Kuna (HRK). Prices are originally shown in Croatian Kuna. You can always change this setting in order to display a currency more suitable for you while comparing prices and selecting your ticket in the top right corner. The conversion will be calculated according to the rate of the Croatian National Bank, on that day.
Online tickets can be paid by credit and debit cards MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Diners and American Express

Purchased ticket re-booking and refund

You’ll be able to cancel your ticket and get refund reduced by 15% up to 48h before departure.
Tickets cancelled after that period shall not be refunded.
Please note that promo tickets are not refundable.
In case you want to re-book your ticket, change date or cancel ticket please send us basic information such as ticket number(s), passenger(s) details and email used for booking on our email info@vollo.net

Protection of Privacy

Vollo is committed to protect its customers' personal data in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers/users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations. It is also committed to inform its customers about the way the collected data is used and to give customers a choice about the way of using their data including the decision whether or not they want to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information provided will be kept strictly confidential and available only to those employees who need such information to perform their job. All employees of Vollo and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of the policy.

Amendment of these Terms

Our service range will constantly keep expanding in the future. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify and amend these Terms at any time. If you do not agree with the changes in the Terms or with a particular clause, we ask that you discontinue the use of our services no later than the effectiveness of those changes.

Our website contain links to other websites that we do not operate or control and for which we are not responsible. We do not endorse the contents of these other websites nor are we responsible for the legality or function of these contents. Thus, we are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of these sites. We recommend you to read the Terms and Conditions of other (linked) websites carefully.
