The bus was 1 hour 30 minutes late, it took 4 hours rather than the advertised 2.The bus driving threw our bags across the bus park because I misunderstood about the luggage and refused to let us enter, until the tourist information convinced him otherwise. Our luggage in the end was placed on a second bus which arrived even later than we did.Due to how late the bus was, I have requested to move the time of my journey back to Dubrovnik otherwise I will miss my flight back to the UK. Still had no response from Vollo via email but the Facebook response was that the date can be changed but not the time, which is ridiculous.If I don’t get my journey moved to an earlier bus or receive a refund of some sort, I will make it my life’s mission to damage the reputation of Vollo to all of my friends and followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, I have over 8000 followers due to my semi professional band, all of which from the UK and EU and lots of which who will be planning on visiting b”
