“The driver didn't understand english, french, italian, spanish or portuguese, so it was very dificult to comunicate. The journey started almost 30 minutes later, because the driver was writing hand tickets for everyone and he was just saying: "change bus". We had to change bus some minutes after the journey start without knowing why... The arrival was also late!”

“I just had my first and LAST experience with this awful, awful company. My girl friend and I are back packing around eastern Europe. We have hotels booked, and have to get to where we booked them or we obviously wouldn't have a place to stay that night. We bought our bus tickets (from Dubrovnik, Montenegro to Mostar, Bosnia) online. No where on the web site did it say that we had to print them, and the company emailed us our electronic ticket for the ride. The bus arrived to pick us up 2 hours late. I understand things happen and sometimes they're late, but that was just the start of it. We go to pay the bus driver to check our bags, and show him our tickets on our phones. He was INCREDIBLY rude, and said "no, no phone ticket" and turned his back to us and went on to take the next persons money. We then go to the information desk and tell the woman what had happened, and asked her what to do. She apologized and went over to calmly try to speak to him, and he yelled loudly and horrifically at the woman. She then went and got the phone to call the bus drivers boss, and the boss told her to put him on the phone. The bus driver screams into the phone, hangs it up, hands it to the woman, and she asked what was said. He kept his back to her and ignored her. At this point, my girl friend started to cry and beg to be let on, because we would have no place to sleep if we didn't get to Mostar, we would miss our day tour tomorrow, and we paid just as much as every other person riding. The boss then calls the second bus driver (not sure what they're called, but they work with and sit in the front of the bus with the driver). The second bus driver, acting annoyed, tells him to just let us on because he was now being called over the situation. The bus driver got so mad that he had to allow us on, he started hitting my girl friends bag that had her $500 professional camera in it, and struck it at least 5 times before throwing it under the bus. If it weren't for the fact that we absolutely had to be in Mostar tonight and we were already two hours behind schedule, I would not have allowed the situation to end the way it did. We are two young girls trying to enjoy a vacation, and there was no reason for any of this to happen. He truly was a horrible person. I will not stop until he is no longer an employee of this company. ”

“Didn’t have wifi or somewhere to charge phones, which is different from what was advertised. The seats also had very little leg room”
