“Extremely rude driver. Not assigned seat so confusion. Arrived 2 hours later than it should have been. No toilet on board for 6 hour trip. Filthy. Seats were broken. Horrendous trip”

“1. Bus was 1h 45mins late. 2. We bought mobile tickets (with qr-codes) because we couldn't print tickets. The driver yelled at us that tickets must be printed and sent us to bus station to print them. Unfortunately they couldn't do it so I told the driver that we will buy new ones if they wait. He yelled (again) that don't buy and something in his own language. We got in with mixed feelings. 3. The other worker took my boyfriend at the end of the bus and told me to wait. After that he organized two seats for two girls who came in AFTER us and told me to sit next to him. 4. At the passport control a passenger told the workers that his passport is in his luggage and needs to get out and take it. The driver applauded and both men laughed and made some jokes about the weather etc irrelevant. The passenger was confused and ashamed until they let him out from the bus. 4. The duration of the journey was supposed to be 2hrs but it was 4,5hrs plus 1h 45mins delay.”
