“Worst journey and highly unprofessional bus driver. Bus usually runs late and it took 5 hrs to reach our destination. Bus driver took a halt in between and never cared about passengers in-spite of repeated requests. ”

“Rude staff. Arrived an hour after scheduled without explanation. Pay to store luggage and then have to crawl in there yourself to get it. Not enough direction on how to find the right bus and what company to look for as I believed I was looking for a Vollo bus..”
