“Problemi s razmjestajem tj.sjedenjem. toplo preporučam rezervaciju sjedila priliko kupnje karata kako bi se izbjegle neugodne situacije. Takodjer, i na putovanju 22.12.u 16u 30h Stuttgart varazdin u jucwr na povratku Varazdin Stuttgart u 20:25 h nije radio wc. Smatram da bi za relaciju takve duzine bilo prijekopotrebno da je wc u funkciji.”

“I found the process easy to organise,I do feel that some form of refreshments could be offered,and possible toilet facilities on board some coaches on long journeys.staff on the coach were friendly but some people was getting upset about being charged to put bags in the baggage hold.this caused your staff to handle some disagreements.in my opinion you should do what airlines do and publice a pay structure at the time of booking.”
