“Croatian bus wants to have a printed ticket. As a traveller using a phone and internet well that seems not do able. I was lucky to have kind bus driver. I would like if e tickets were accepted.”

“The information about the bus/journey was fraudulent: it did not have a functioning WC, wi-fi, chairs (some did not recline, some did only recline) or air-condition. We were informed that the journey could take longer than the advised 2 hours due to the border crossing but I did not think that meant more than double the time and with an additional 2,5 hour delay of the bus even leaving and the extra time at the border that meant we arrived in Kotor at 17:30 as opposed to 13h. Travelling with a child and with little supplies (since there were supposed to be a "bar" and only take 2 hours) it became a really terrible journey.”

“It was indicated 1h50 on the ticket We made 5 hours on go and 4 hours for the back. You must indicate the time in the frontiers because its almost impossible to make the travel in one day!!! 9 hours in the bus!”
