“There were passengers from many countries on board and unfortunately staff did not explain anything to passengers including why passports were not returned after the first checkpoint. Staff didn't seem to realize that it did cause concern among international passengers even after they were approached for explanations. Some communication is needed.”

“the trip was 1 hour 45 min according to website....was over an hour late causing us to miss our connection and have to buy a second ferry ticket. That 1 hour cost us 4 hours in total. Also atleast half the seats were broken and permanently reclined.”

“ Trip from Dubrovnik to Split. Bus was new in very good condition, left on time and journey was comfortable. In hot weather water was supplied on board free of charge. Due to walking with the aid of walking stick driver alicated a seat on bottom floor of bus. Only concer was that upon placing and paying for the booking online coy charged extra €1.70 more than € amount shown on online booking page. Despite various e-mails exchanged with the coy I couldn’t get an explanation for the extra charge & had to obtain the refund of same by placing a dispute claim through my bank, only then the overcharged amount was recredited to my card.”
