“Booked 2 tickets from mostar to kotor for 33€ each and drive time of 6h. But this bus did not even exist!! We took the one also leaving at 7am and driving 9h! Additionally the tickets for this bus are far cheaper!! I will never book on vollo.net again!! ”

“There were passengers from many countries on board and unfortunately staff did not explain anything to passengers including why passports were not returned after the first checkpoint. Staff didn't seem to realize that it did cause concern among international passengers even after they were approached for explanations. Some communication is needed.”
“There was no air con and it was so difficult in summer. The bus also reached late despite of no traffic”
