“Second time we travel with this company and the staff is not very friendly with foreigners like us. Plus they should accept mobile versions of tickets as they issue another receipt once in the bus. They just accept print tickets for the moment, which is important to know. ”

“The bus arrived pretty late, not because of border-crossings, but due to lack in knowing how long it takes, aswell as the bus driver stopping for, as he stated it, 15 minutes, but didn't come back to the bus until after more than 25. Also, there was trash in the bus, no power outlets, no wifi, no TV, poor leg space. The woman who checked our tickets didn't even want to answer why they didn't have the stated accommodations. ”

Zamjerke jedino dajem na put iz Splita za Zagreb koji se desio u Petak s polaskom u 16:55 autobus nije imao. WiFi kao ni Punjace kako je bilo naglašeno na stranici.
