“The staff was rude, didn't want to find us a seat when we entered the since everyone was asleep on two seats till we said to them to find a seat. Asked 10 times if we had a ticket before we entered the bus although we answered the first time we had a ticket. Never again will travel with that company. ”

“Absolutely awful, we waited for the bus in the blazing heat which was 30 minutes late. When it finally did arrive we stood out and flagged it down and the bus driver completely ignored us and kept driving leaving us to scorch for a further 4 hours in the heat. Since we are travellers with large bags, waiting at the bus stop for such a long period of time was an inconvenience because we couldn’t go anywhere or do anything in the time it took to wait for the next bus. Despite our problems waiting for the bus, we did phone up the Autotrans customer service who informed us of the next bus, speaking in good English. Also when the next bus arrived they were willing to let us on with our tickets despite them being for the earlier service.”
