“Despite snow caused problems in traffic, the ride was comfortable, safe and on schedule”
“We are still on the coach, was meant to arrive an hour ago & according to google maps still have 20 minutes to go! No explanation from driver as to why it is taken so long. Stopped for 10 minutes at a place where there was no food to buy and the toilets cost money to use. We are now late to check in for apartment that we were meant to be meeting host at 1400. It is now 1434! Not impressed at all!!”
