“Bus could have been cleaner. Took a detour over country roads even though the highway was open which made the already long trip longer.”

“Работа данной компании оставляет желать лучшего. Поездка была сорвана в связи с отсутствием корректной информации на автобусе. Прибыв на указанную платформу и простояв там 1 час, так и не уехали. Была указана другая информация. Как должны догадываться клиенты - неизвестно. Водителю были показаны электронные билеты с местом прибытия, на что был получен ответ о следующем автобусе. Дальнейшее общение в офисе компании тоже ни к чему не привело. Сотрудник отказался посодействовать в возврате билетов. ”

“Bus was super comfy and journey was very good although when i booked it was stated that bus did continue on to Munch Airport which it did not and on arrival at bus terminal staff were very quick to chase us off the bus. Also, whilst waiting on the bus we got talking to some others who had booked that morning. Our pre booked tickets stated that the correct stop to get the bus was 3 or 4. The other people getting the same bus had been told stance 5 which was correct - we were just lucky to have met them and been made aware. Also, the bus was an hour late. All in the bus was comfortable and journey was enjoyable. Communication from the company was a slight problem and could have caused us some travel problems.”
