“Staff incredibly rude. Worst bus experience of my life since I was needing the toilet and the on bus was broken. Disgusting attitude when I asked him to stop twice and he refused to for 40 minutes by which time I was seriously in pain. ”

“When the ticket guy saw it was a Vollo ticket he didn’t seem impressed like I was making his job much harder. ”
“Extra 10kn for package which never mentioned online. The bus was fine, charge and wifi were useful. Staffs are friendly and gave us reasonable time for toliet. ”
