“We had allocated seat numbers 1,2,3 and 4. The co-driver was not happy that we took his seat behind the bus driver and tried to shift us until we showed him the tickets.”

“The staff was rude, didn't want to find us a seat when we entered the since everyone was asleep on two seats till we said to them to find a seat. Asked 10 times if we had a ticket before we entered the bus although we answered the first time we had a ticket. Never again will travel with that company. ”

The Autotrans group is one of the largest transportation systems in Croatia.
