Bus company Autotrans

“Absolutely awful, we waited for the bus in the blazing heat which was 30 minutes late. When it finally did arrive we stood out and flagged it down and the bus driver completely ignored us and kept driving leaving us to scorch for a further 4 hours in the heat. Since we are travellers with large bags, waiting at the bus stop for such a long period of time was an inconvenience because we couldn’t go anywhere or do anything in the time it took to wait for the next bus. Despite our problems waiting for the bus, we did phone up the Autotrans customer service who informed us of the next bus, speaking in good English. Also when the next bus arrived they were willing to let us on with our tickets despite them being for the earlier service.”

“We waited 2 hours for the bus and nobody had the decency to notice us. I was late for mine next destination. They made a mistake and didn't stop in one place and some pour tourist who doesn't know the language was left on the road in the hot sun to wait for the bus from another direction to pick him up. And instead appologizing where rude instead. ”
