“The bus left on time but managed to get into split nearly an hour and a half later then expected, traffic wasn’t bad till we got to split yet we were still very late ”

“I have to stand for 2 hours, why write down the seat on the ticket if it not respect.”
“Absolutely awful, we waited for the bus in the blazing heat which was 30 minutes late. When it finally did arrive we stood out and flagged it down and the bus driver completely ignored us and kept driving leaving us to scorch for a further 4 hours in the heat. Since we are travellers with large bags, waiting at the bus stop for such a long period of time was an inconvenience because we couldn’t go anywhere or do anything in the time it took to wait for the next bus. Despite our problems waiting for the bus, we did phone up the Autotrans customer service who informed us of the next bus, speaking in good English. Also when the next bus arrived they were willing to let us on with our tickets despite them being for the earlier service.”
