“Worst nightmare. We bought our tickets on line which said guaranteed seats when we got to the station there were people left over for the 10am bus which had guaranteed seats our bus was at 11am and was delayed by over a hour. I couldn't believe they were still selling tickets at the station for the 11am bus!! When the bus finally arrived it was crazy everyone pushing around to get on the bus they asked for the 10am people first we managed to get on but was so much hassle. You have to pay for cases extra and the bus staff didn't know what they were doing so unorganised. The trip should have taken under 3 hours we were on it for 7 hours we had to get off the bus twice at customs to get passports stamped and stuck in massive queues. When we got to Kotor we had to change bus and we sat in the station for at least 30 minutes before it left. The buses had no aircon and we managed to find a toilet at the customs stop. We had no food or drink. Make this the last resort of transport.”

“The bus left half an hour late and the lady in the bus was really rude too. The lady or the driver didn´t speak any english. Not even a word.”

“This was literally the worst bus ride of my life. It took and extra 2 and a half hours to get to he destination and the bus driver stopped twice for his own personal shopping and again to get gas when this should have been done beforehand. Please fire this bus driver and not let this company book through you again. The driver didn’t even let people off the bus to use the washroom even though we were almost 2 and a half hours late. I’ve never been more insulted in my life. ”
