“The staff was rude, didn't want to find us a seat when we entered the since everyone was asleep on two seats till we said to them to find a seat. Asked 10 times if we had a ticket before we entered the bus although we answered the first time we had a ticket. Never again will travel with that company. ”

“The staff was not kind, they made us feel as we were asking for favors to Them. Also, stoped many time for rest, the first one within an hour of leaving the terminal. The bus toilet was not working, and it were more than 4 hs of trip! ”

“Staff incredibly rude. Worst bus experience of my life since I was needing the toilet and the on bus was broken. Disgusting attitude when I asked him to stop twice and he refused to for 40 minutes by which time I was seriously in pain. ”
