“Autobus je vrlo dobar. Vožnja je protekla u najboljem redu nije bilo nikakvih problema, međutim imam jednu malu zamjerku koja se tiče grijanja u autobusu. Naime, grijanje u autobusu radi po etapama, nekad je prejako a nekad je skroz ugašeno tako da osjećaj nije baš ugodan, bilo bi puno bolje kada bi podesili određenu temperaturu i nju držali cijelo vrijeme tako da ne bude prevelikih oscilacija u grijanju. ”

“Timing was horrible. Almost 30 mins late. Staff was much more horrible. They asked us to pay 7Kunas for each baggage, which is fine. Unfortunately we had only Euros and we asked them whether they can accept it. Its fare not to accept, but there should be an assertive and respective manner. The staff behaved rudely. The last row in the bus was blocked by the staff, there were no vacant seats in the front for all 3 of us. We decided to sit in the back. Again staff sent us to the front rudely. Basically they don't know how to speak politely with customers. I think they don't understand what is meant by giving a service.”
“Oni sto imaju kartu preko interneta(online kartu) nemaju broj sjedalo, ne znaju br peron, i naravno da ce doci 'taj' koji ima kartu kome pise broj sjedalo pa ti digne iz sjedall pa moras sjest negdje drugdje, i tako moze ti biti isto dok bus ne krene. Jako bezobrazni ljudi, a vozaci su odlicni bili, bez obzira sto su trebali malo poludit, jer su ljudi bas bezobraznj bili, al ipak nisu. Jako umoran sam na kraju bio, i jedva smo stigli i kasnili smo 10 minuta jer su natocili dizel u splitu, jedva sam stigao trajekt.”
