“Oni sto imaju kartu preko interneta(online kartu) nemaju broj sjedalo, ne znaju br peron, i naravno da ce doci 'taj' koji ima kartu kome pise broj sjedalo pa ti digne iz sjedall pa moras sjest negdje drugdje, i tako moze ti biti isto dok bus ne krene. Jako bezobrazni ljudi, a vozaci su odlicni bili, bez obzira sto su trebali malo poludit, jer su ljudi bas bezobraznj bili, al ipak nisu. Jako umoran sam na kraju bio, i jedva smo stigli i kasnili smo 10 minuta jer su natocili dizel u splitu, jedva sam stigao trajekt.”

“ Good morning! Yesterday I took a trip in this company of buses and I had a multitude of problems that I would like to report here. First, the driver and his assistant were totally thick and did not give any right information to the passengers. Second, tickets were sold beyond the number of seats and I saw people not being able to travel because of that. If I came a little later would I be out in the open without being able to travel? Third, I was charged a fee of 8kn to store my suitcase. Something that was never mentioned anywhere that I bought my ticket. I had to shell out this money without even knowing before I had to do it. And the driver was careful not to expose anything to me., It was just rude to ask me that. Third, the trip of three disreputable men with the passengers inside the bus and none of the drivers took any action during the whole route. Bringing great discomfort to all who were there. I expect a positioning of the company and a refund, therefore, I paid something I had no idea that was the case of my suitcase and I went on a trip totally uncomfortable in the face of the whole situation. Otherwise I will come up with new measures to solve this. Thank you, Thamires. ”

“Karta 27.6.18 nije iskoristena. Obzirom da je jutarnji let Zg-DBK otkazan tj preusmjeren za ZD, do Dubrovnika nisam ni dosla.”
