“Upon arriving at the terminal, drivers requested of me to print the ticket, although the email clearly stated that the ticket doesn't need to be printed. ”

“First part of the journey was good but the second driver was driving dangerously causing extreme anxiety amongst the passengers. One passenger noticed the driver using his mobile while driving the bus going around the bend. Passengers were crying as they feared for their lives. On two occasions the bus vered onto the wrong side of the road. Would not reccommend this transport ever. ”

“The bus was leaving passengers along the way after entering Zagreb making us 25 minutes late. Which is great for the people who don't have to travel from the centre back but it's crappy for the rest of us.”
