“Unnecessary long bus stops too often. After entering bus in Munchen, we had first 10 min stop at gas station to tank the bus and after half an hour we had another stop at another gas station which was supposed to be 20 minutes long but it turned out to be 35 minutes brake. After that another stop in Slovenia which was cca 20 minutes long. Since bus was half-empty there was no need for such long brakes. Also, bus has toilet so one stop would also be just fine. I suggest bus buys fuel on same gas station where passengers have toilet brake so we save time and don't make unnecessary stops on such long journeys anyway.”

“It's seems disorganised and a mad rush once the bus arrive. Air conditing was weak. The staff presumed that we know what the entire process would be like. As a consumer, I have to guess the next cause of action and have faith.. I do not like that. (No system)”
