“Timing was horrible. Almost 30 mins late. Staff was much more horrible. They asked us to pay 7Kunas for each baggage, which is fine. Unfortunately we had only Euros and we asked them whether they can accept it. Its fare not to accept, but there should be an assertive and respective manner. The staff behaved rudely. The last row in the bus was blocked by the staff, there were no vacant seats in the front for all 3 of us. We decided to sit in the back. Again staff sent us to the front rudely. Basically they don't know how to speak politely with customers. I think they don't understand what is meant by giving a service.”

“ Good morning! Yesterday I took a trip in this company of buses and I had a multitude of problems that I would like to report here. First, the driver and his assistant were totally thick and did not give any right information to the passengers. Second, tickets were sold beyond the number of seats and I saw people not being able to travel because of that. If I came a little later would I be out in the open without being able to travel? Third, I was charged a fee of 8kn to store my suitcase. Something that was never mentioned anywhere that I bought my ticket. I had to shell out this money without even knowing before I had to do it. And the driver was careful not to expose anything to me., It was just rude to ask me that. Third, the trip of three disreputable men with the passengers inside the bus and none of the drivers took any action during the whole route. Bringing great discomfort to all who were there. I expect a positioning of the company and a refund, therefore, I paid something I had no idea that was the case of my suitcase and I went on a trip totally uncomfortable in the face of the whole situation. Otherwise I will come up with new measures to solve this. Thank you, Thamires. ”
