How to get to the bus station?
The bus station Međugorje is located at the address Ivana Pavla II, so as you'll see it is situated near the post office. This bus station is 0.5 km away from the city center, or in other words a 7-minute walk. Therefore, we can almost say that the Međugorje Bus Station is located in the center of the city.
It is obvious that you can walk to it even if you have more luggage. If for any reason, this is not an option for you, you can certainly ask someone to give you a ride. If you don't have your own transport secured taxi is also an option that is worth considering.
What can I find here?
The bus station of Međugorje was opened in 2011. It has official counters where you can buy your tickets, and right next to them is the kiosk where you can buy a newspaper, soda or whatever you want or need. There is also a supermarket where you can hop for more shopping. If you have time, of course.
Restaurants and cafes are located close to the bus station so you don't have to worry that you will be hungry or thirsty. Time to spare
If you have a couple of hours in Međugorje, you will not miss the sightseeing content. Namely, you are currently in one of the largest marian shrines in the world.
The most significant events in Međugorje are, for example, Anniversary of the Appearance, Youth Festival, Easter celebration, Christmas and New Year.
Here's what to see while you are still here: Parish Church of St. James, the outer altar, the Apparition Hill, Križevac, the chapel of adoration, the statue of the Queen of Peace, the statue of St. Leopold Bogdan Mandić, the Kovačica Cemetery and the Parish Hall, whose doors are open to everyone.

Međugorje is a popular tourist destination from which you will have no problem getting to practically any other destination in Europe. Pilgrims from all over the world come to Međugorje to at least visit the apparition site for a short while and bring beautiful memories forever with them.
If you are traveling further by plane you should know that the closest airport to the city of Međugorje is Mostar and it is 30 km away. The second closest one is in Split from which you are 155 km away.
