How to get to the station
Bjelovar Bus Station is located near the city center, so you can take a walk to get there. It'll take you around ten minutes.
For city visitors who are using a combined type of transport, the good news will be the information that the nearby railway station is situated close to the bus station.
The bus station in Bjelovar has a lot of lines driving to these cities: Zagreb, Split and Rijeka. So, whether you need to go to the capital and its surroundings, then to Dalmatia or to the Istrian area, you will be able to easily reach any of these parts of the country.
What can I find here?
The Bjelovar bus station is a pretty old, but you will find everything you could possibly need while waiting for your bus. A toilet, kiosk, and a parking lot are located within the bus station. Beyond that, next to it you will find cafes, hotels, and hostels which are even more close to the main train station. In addition to the central train station, there is also a taxi service that will definitely leave you safely and quickly to your accommodation if you don't have a family or friends nearby.

Bjelovar is a town with approximately 40,000 inhabitants and is located right in the center of Croatia. Regardless of whether you are in Bjelovar because of a job or like a tourist, you will certainly be able to take advantage of the city and simply enjoy each moment.
It is, of course, a city that is rich in sights. Some of those sights are old a couple of hundred years. Most of them are sacred, so it is no surprise that according to it, some of the most famous are: the Cathedral of Saint Teresa of Avila, a Pavilion on the square and four baroque statues.
The Cathedral of Saint Teresa of Avila was built from 1756 to 1771, the Pavilion was made of Brac stone and it dates back to 1943. There are also four baroque stone statues: the statue of St. Theresa of Avila from 1777, the statues of St. Jurja and St. Jelene Krizarice from 1778 and the statue of St. Ivana Nepomuka.
Apart from these, Bjelovar has the following attractions: the City Museum founded in 1949; the Orthodox Church of St. Three from 1772. which was painted by Menci Klement Crncic and Ivan Tisov; the Synagogue of 1913 and the building of the Croatian War of 1912, whose architect is Dionysus Sunko.
