“The car arrived 15 min late due to misunderstanding. The driver had been told that he were picking us up at the hotel Delfina but on the tickets we received we were told to be at the bus station in Rovinj so we waited there and had to ask the office there to call up the drive when the car didn't arrive. I think this misunderstanding was probably on the company's behalf and not the drivers.”
