“The bus was about one hour late. I really dislike the feeling of unknowing if it will show up or not. With a foreign sim card I could not call the number on the ticket to ask. Please find some way to notify the bussterminal in Rijeka.”

“Bus je trebao krenuti u 14:20h i nije se pojavio do 15h, kada sam odlučio uzeti bus drugog prijevoznika. Ovo mi je već treći put da imam problem sa kašnjenjem ovog prijevoznika. Napominjem da se ne radi o kašnjenima po 5-15 min, nego po više od sat vremena (jednom čak i dva sata). Tražio sam ih povrat novca - ako do povrata ne dođe molim da prestanete prodavati njihove karte jer na taj način sudjelujete u obmanjivanju potrošača.”
