“First of all, the bus was late for 40 minutes.agent said two different story about that to passingers. The driver did not know how to open the door. Also there was some problem wit the bus and they "solve" it trought mobile phone. Then we tought that the driver is drunk, we wanted to call the police to make sure that he is sober.his agent said that he only looks like that and if we don't want to go with them that he will give us back the money. I took the money and i had to buy new ticket that was 130 kunas.the first one was 63. I lost 3 hours of sleep that day and i had to work exausted next day. Crnja tours never again. But your application is ok. ”

“I went to the bus station 40 minutes before the departure, I saw the bus coming and I asked the driver if this was the bus for Novigrad. He told me that bus was for Trieste, and I told I had to go to Novigrad- He told me before you go to Trieste and then to Novigrad, but on the ticket I bought it wasn't mention that I had to stop in Trieste (it seemed a trip through Koper - Piran, not Trieste). He didn't reply me and I supposed it was the wrong bus and that I had to wait for another one. But that bus was right, just the driver and the staff were not able to explain me I had to get up this bus. I waited in front of the bus until 10 minutes after its departure, and then when I asked for the bus to Novigrad, the Ljubljana bus staff told me it had just left. I am angry! ”
