“The bus left Trieste 15 minutes later than scheduled. The toilet on the bus was not working, which I didn't find out until I needed to go, so there should have been a break somewhere for passengers. Still, the seats were comfortable and the wifi worked.”

“Bus je trebao krenuti u 14:20h i nije se pojavio do 15h, kada sam odlučio uzeti bus drugog prijevoznika. Ovo mi je već treći put da imam problem sa kašnjenjem ovog prijevoznika. Napominjem da se ne radi o kašnjenima po 5-15 min, nego po više od sat vremena (jednom čak i dva sata). Tražio sam ih povrat novca - ako do povrata ne dođe molim da prestanete prodavati njihove karte jer na taj način sudjelujete u obmanjivanju potrošača.”

“The staff don't want to open the toilet for baby saying that is full. It's normal with one hour later than the previous time, when waiting bus in station there's no time to come in toilet elsewhere because I don't want to loses bus in previous coming one hour after the previous time.”

“Driver was late, he gave me wrong informations about the trip. He said se is driving only to Zagreb, he was rude and partially drunk. Because of that I missed my flight.”
