“Even though the bus was in Zagreb at 17 h (the departure time), the drivers said we won't leave before 17:30 h. We left at 17:35 h. So already in departure a 35 min delay for no real reason. We arrived to Vienna at 23 h – 1.5 h too late! The advertised times were completely off. WiFi didn't work. The toilette was locked half of the time.”
