“Wifi doesn't work when travelling with puntamika. This time we had a faulty bus which failed after we passed Maslenica bridge and we had to stop on Tifon petrol station and wait for another one to arrive for 40 minutes. Generally i like Puntamika, only if they would fix the Wifi problems it would be great.”

“Nisam imao sjedalo zbog nečije pogreške jer je prodano više karata nego što ima sjedećih mjesta u autobusu. Nisam imao izbora i na prijedlog vozača morao sam sjediti na ulaznim stepenicama autobusa i tako riskirao vlastitu sigurnost. Tri sata i četrdeset minuta sjedenja na hodniku busa. Tražim ispriku od prijevoznog poduzeća te povrat novca kupljene karte.”
