“I called to reserve a seat, but they have previously provided me with a seat reservation, which was amazing considering that there was 2 buses operating and both where full.”

“The choufer wasn’t courteous at all. I had 4 luggage’s and he wanted me to bring on opposite side without offering to help, but in mean time till I was there waiting saw other company drivers being so courttious and jocking around. I did bought a ticket for lesser price and when I ask him which seat can I take because wasn’t assigned he answer very unpolitely “from 40th on” which that wasn’t last time I took the same bus with same price. ”
